Hot Dogs, Horseshoes & Hand Grenades Returns
The beloved VR shooter Hot Dogs, Horseshoes & Hand Grenades is getting a sequel for Meta Quest 3/3S and Steam. H3VR 2 continues the franchise’s signature blend of immersive first-person shooting mechanics where players control a sentient hot dog character through shoot-and-loot gameplay.
New VR Adventures Announced
TREBUCHET’s open-world flight adventure Compass has locked in its release date of May 28 for Meta Quest 3/3S and SteamVR. The Canadian studio’s aerial exploration game promises expansive skyward adventures for VR enthusiasts.
Meanwhile, Really Interactive (known for Toran and Virtuoso) introduced Janet’s Planets, a narrative-driven terraforming experience set across the Milky Way. Players will run an intergalactic terraforming service on Meta Quest 3/3S and SteamVR platforms.
Word Play and Music Innovation
Kettle Games confirmed that their viral language puzzler Wordbound will launch on Steam alongside its previously announced Meta Quest 3/3S release. The game transforms words into interactive puzzle elements through creative wordsmith mechanics.
