The announcement came during today’s UploadVR Winter Showcase, giving players a first look at one of the most anticipated VR soulslikes of the season.
Dive into the Nordic Afterlife
CROSSINGS invites players into a mythological afterlife shaped by ancient Norse legends. You’ll carve your own path through ever-changing worlds, battling trolls, draugr, ghosts, and other dark creatures as you uncover the secrets of fate and vengeance. Whether playing solo or joining forces with other wanderers in seamless, wordless VR co-op, the game challenges you to push forward, learn from each death, and grow stronger with every run.
The game’s combat combines precise blocking, dodging, and striking, encouraging players to master a variety of weapons — from blades and axes to the mystical Bow of Nör, a weapon bound to the player’s destiny. A unique gesture-based spell system adds another layer of immersion, allowing players to channel powerful rune-based magic against their enemies.
Roguelike Adventure Meets Norse Myth
Every session in CROSSINGS unfolds differently. Forests, ruins, and deep caverns reshape with each new journey, ensuring no two adventures feel the same.
