The creators of Dragon Fist: VR Kung Fu are expanding creative freedom with a powerful new feature that lets players build, animate, and share fully customized fighters across both single and multiplayer modes.
The new “Fighter Forge” tool allows users to sculpt every aspect of their warrior—from appearance and attributes to combat style—using motion capture and voice recording to bring personal flair into every punch.
Build Your Fighter from the Ground Up
Players begin by choosing core attributes that define their fighter’s combat style, including special moves, strengths, weaknesses, and even nuances like kick frequency and height variance. The customization extends into visual design, offering a wide selection of heads, hairstyles, clothing items, and color patterns to match any creative vision.

Then comes the fun part: recording fighting moves through motion capture. Players can create idle poses, taunts, stances, and a variety of attacks, dodges, and counter‑moves—all captured through natural movement. Combined with user‑recorded voice lines, each fighter comes to life with a distinct personality. (For privacy, voice lines remain local and are not shared with the community.)
Fight Your Creations—or the Community

Once created, players can test their fighters across all single‑player modes or build entire campaigns starring their custom cast. But the creative brawl doesn’t stop there—Dragon Fist: VR Kung Fu encourages community competition, allowing players to face off against fighters designed by others.
The new Weekly Gauntlet event challenges players to defeat ten community fighters in sequence, with a fresh lineup every week. More than 1,600 custom fighters have already been shared by beta testers, all available for browsing on the official site: https://dragonfistvr.cloud/.
Expanding the Experience
Developers plan to roll out future DLC packs with new clothing sets and accessories. Full Body Tracking support for PCVR and Pico platforms is also on the development roadmap, aiming to make player motion even more immersive and accurate.
