Starlight Games is set to launch HOUSE OF GOLF VR, the world’s first mixed reality mini-golf title, arriving on Meta Quest 2, 3, and 3S on October 30, 2025. The Liverpool-based studio aims to redefine the genre by blending the physical and digital, offering a unique mini-golf adventure that transforms everyday environments into imaginative putt-putt courses.
Innovative Mixed Reality Mini-Golf
HOUSE OF GOLF VR elevates the mini-golf experience by using cutting-edge passthrough mixed reality technology. This allows players to transform their living rooms, kitchens, offices, or even gardens into interactive courses, merging real-world surroundings with vibrant digital elements. The game also offers fully immersive VR locations featuring colorful environments, interactive obstacles, and championship competitions.

Creative Freedom and Social Play
Players can design custom courses using hundreds of creative pieces—ranging from quirky hazards to whimsical objects like mechanical cranes and hot air balloons. Every course can be saved, recorded, and shared with the global community, fostering a playful spirit of creativity and discovery. The game even includes “mystery boxes” that reward explorers with rare golf ball collectibles.
