Jolly Cup Brings Weekly Competition
The headline feature of the update is Jolly Cup, a limited-time tournament designed to add a competitive layer to the usual puzzle-solving gameplay.
Players who have reached Level 26 and have an active internet connection will be placed automatically into a tournament group containing 50 competitors. Completing stages during the event earns trophies, which determine each player’s position on the group leaderboard.
The highest-ranking participants can collect extra prizes at the end of the competition:
- The top 10 players in each 50-player group receive bonus reward chests.
- Players must earn at least one trophy during the event to be eligible for rewards.
- Jolly Cup takes place every week from Monday through Friday.
The format gives regular players a reason to return throughout the week, whether they are aiming for a place in the top 10 or simply trying to secure enough trophies to qualify for rewards.

Original Music Returns After Player Feedback
The update also brings back the original Jolly Match 3 MR background soundtrack. Its return follows requests from the community, with the development team responding directly to player feedback.
More music choices are expected to arrive in later updates, potentially giving players greater variety while working through the game’s match-three levels.
Smoother Animations and Better Level Rewards
Alongside the competitive mode, the update improves the game’s presentation and makes finishing a level feel more valuable.
Pre-level booster animations have been refreshed with smoother effects, while level-completion sequences now provide a stronger sense of payoff. Remaining moves and unexploded bonus items are also converted automatically into coins once a stage has been cleared.
That means efficient play can now result in additional currency at the end of a successful run, rewarding players who finish levels with moves or special bonuses still available.

Where to Discuss Jolly Cup
Players looking to compare leaderboard positions, share high scores, or exchange strategies for climbing the Jolly Cup rankings can join the game’s official Discord community. The server also provides a place for players to send feedback directly to the developers and connect with other Jolly Match 3 MR fans.
