Resolution Games has launched a major update to Racket Club, transforming it into a comprehensive multi-sport virtual reality (VR) experience. The update, released on February 25, 2025, introduces pickleball and table tennis, alongside existing sports box tennis and spinminton.
New Sports and Gameplay Enhancements
Pickleball: Previously available in the Lab area, pickleball is now an official sport in the main Club. The game features updated rules and foul tracking for a more authentic experience, available in singleplayer against bots and multiplayer mode.
Table Tennis: Added to the Lab area, table tennis offers refined mechanics and physics in both singles and doubles modes, rivaling top VR table tennis experiences.
Club Redesign and Social Features

The update includes a fully redesigned club area with new courts and enhanced social spaces, facilitating easier interaction among players. This redesign reinforces Racket Club’s focus on creating a vibrant virtual sports club atmosphere.
In-Game Shop and Customization
A new in-game shop allows players to purchase cosmetic items using coins earned through daily and weekly missions. This addition provides more personalization options and a sense of progression within the game.
AI Improvements
Resolution Games has implemented advanced deep machine learning techniques to develop AI-driven bots. These bots, trained on anonymous gameplay data, offer gameplay that closely mimics human opponents, enhancing the single-player experience.

Availability and Pricing
Racket Club is available for $24.99 on Meta Quest, Steam, and PICO platforms. Players can join the Racket Club community through the game’s Discord server and follow updates on Instagram @racketclubvr.
Mathieu Castelli, Chief Creative Officer at Resolution Games, emphasized the game’s evolution, stating, “This update cements its status as the ultimate social VR racket experience—a true ‘racket-verse’ where friends can meet, compete, and have fun together”.
