Fans of 90s rock have a new reason to dive into virtual reality as Synth Riders rolls out its latest downloadable content: the “90s Rock Music Pack.” This new DLC brings a selection of legendary tracks from bands like Blur, Radiohead, and Red Hot Chili Peppers to the popular freestyle VR rhythm game. The pack is now available for Meta Quest, PlayStation VR2, and SteamVR, priced at $7.99 for the full bundle or $1.99 per individual track.
Five Classic Tracks Join the Synth Riders Lineup
The new music pack features five unforgettable songs that defined a generation:
- Red Hot Chili Peppers – “Give It Away”
- Blur – “Song 2”
- Soundgarden – “Black Hole Sun”
- Radiohead – “Creep”
- The Presidents of the United States of America – “Lump”
With these additions, Synth Riders now boasts a library of over 160 tracks, spanning genres from EDM and funk to punk, metal, and now, the grunge and Britpop sounds of the 90s.

A Platform for Musical Discovery
Arturo Perez, CEO of Kluge Interactive, highlighted the game’s role as a hub for musical exploration:
“Synth Riders has always been about discovering and enjoying music in new ways. With the arrival of grunge and Brit rock, we’re giving players even more styles to experience-just in time for summer.”
The 90s Rock Music Pack follows a series of recent updates, including the 80s Mixtape – Side B (featuring Queen, Toto, and Wham!) and the modern hits-filled Current Waves pack. Last month, Synth Riders also introduced the free Challenges+ update, adding new gameplay modes for all users.
Kluge Interactive Expands Its VR Universe

Beyond Synth Riders, Kluge Interactive has been busy with the launch of FINAL FURY, a new VR arcade fighter developed in collaboration with fighting game legend Justin Wong. FINAL FURY introduces gesture-based combat and supports both solo and online play, bringing classic brawler action to virtual reality.
