After the patch 1.00.60 of Z.O.N.A. Project X VR two days ago, an emergency technical patch fix 1.00.60a was released today.

Backpack Refinements and Bug Fixes

A central feature of this update is the comprehensive refinement of the backpack system. Players had encountered specific bugs that hindered the smooth retrieval of items like ammo boxes and pistols when attempting to do so with the opposite hand of placement. These issues, identified by vigilant community members T0X1N and owlpilot, have now been resolved. Additionally, a critical error that caused weapons and artifacts to drop and potentially be lost when transitioning between levels has been fixed, ensuring a more stable and reliable gameplay experience.

Enhanced Backpack Usability

The developers have also focused on improving the backpack’s usability. Feedback from the community highlighted difficulties in grabbing the backpack from the right side. This update addresses these concerns by enhancing the grab functionality, making it easier for players to interact with their backpacks during the game.

New Slot Addition

In response to the previous update and community feedback, an additional slot has been added to the left side of the backpack specifically for the gas mask. This new feature aims to provide players with more storage options and improve overall gameplay convenience.

A Constantly Evolving Zone

The developers remind players that the game’s environment, “The Zone,” is ever-changing, presenting new challenges with each venture. Players are encouraged to remain vigilant and careful as they navigate the challenges of The Zone.
